How to get more customer requests from your Jewgo storefront
Customer requests come from your storefront, so the storefront is the thing to work on. Fill in every part of it, choose the category and service area customers will look for, share its link, and answer each request before it expires. Customers find Jewgo Biz storefronts in the Jewgo Nav app and in the public Jewgo directory on the web, and send a request from the storefront itself.

Where requests come from
Customers find your storefront in the Jewgo Nav app and on the web, in the Jewgo directory, which lists storefronts by city and by category. From your storefront they choose to send a request.
A customer visits your storefront and selects Send request. They provide structured information such as the service they need, their general area, and their desired date.
On the web the request form asks what kind of request it is (get a quote, book a service, a consultation or a general question), what it is for, the neighborhood or city, and a preferred date and time.
Fill in every part of the storefront
A customer decides whether to send a request from what your storefront shows. Most sections appear on the storefront only when you fill them in, so an empty one is simply missing:
- A short description under your name, saying what you do and where
- Your services and products, each listed on its own
- Your hours
- Your service area, or your address for a physical location
- Photos of your work
- Reviews, with your replies
Free includes one product, one service and up to five gallery photos. Connect raises that to three products, three services, up to fifteen gallery photos and up to three portfolio items, and Manage to unlimited products, unlimited services, up to forty gallery photos and up to fifteen portfolio items.
Choose the category and area customers look for
The Jewgo directory has a page for each city and for each category within a city, and your storefront is listed on the pages for your own city and category. Choose the category a customer would browse for what you do, and set your location or service area accurately.
What your storefront shows of your location depends on your business type. A physical storefront can show its address. A service-area business can show its service area. A hybrid business can show both where appropriate.
Share your storefront link
Your storefront is a public web page with its own address, so you can use it wherever you would use a website. When the link is shared, it shows a preview card with your business name, category, place, and your photo or logo.
You do not need a website of your own. Your Jewgo Biz storefront gives you a public business page that can be shared and found through search.
Answer requests before they expire
Pending requests stay open for fourteen days. The customer receives a reminder after seven days.
A free business can see that someone wants to connect, along with the safe request details. Customer name, contact details, and normal chat content stay hidden until the request is accepted.
To accept a request and open a conversation, you need Connect ($30/month). The business upgrades to Connect, reviews the request, and then chooses whether to accept it. Connect also includes email notifications for inbound requests, so a request does not wait on you checking.
Reply to your reviews
Reviews and owner replies are included on every plan, Free included, and your reply is shown with the review on your storefront. A customer comparing businesses reads both.
